A space that honours the journey of coming home to yourself through Intuitive Reiki and Face Up Method-a deep neuro-emotional sculpting massage for the face, neck and arms.

Bella means beautiful and was my grandmother’s name. Ora is a Māori word representing life, wellbeing, health and vitality.

Bella Ora reflects what this work means to me. Beauty isn’t about perfection; it’s about how we feel within. It’s our energy, how we feel in our body, and the connection we have with ourselves and our emotions that allows our natural beauty to shine through.

Through Intuitive Reiki and Face Up Method, I offer a space to slow down, release tension and reconnect with yourself. My intention is to support your nervous system in moving towards a state of rest and relaxation, while creating space for you to become more aware of the emotions, sensations and feelings held within your body.

Each session is intuitive and guided by your energy. I tune into your energetic field and read what your body and emotions are communicating. Working through the chakras allows me to identify where energy may be out of balance, helping energy flow more freely.

Throughout the session I receive intuitive insights and spiritual messages that come through for you, which I write down and share with you afterwards. These messages often bring clarity and an understanding of what you may be moving through, making each session meaningful.
